With an exceptional academic background (top 10 engineering school in France, top 3 technological university in Sweden) and 5 years of experience in Operations, Growth, and Product across leading European startups, major corporations, and VC funds, Paul has an intimate understanding of the invisible challenges leaders carry: constant pressure, mental overload, decision-making complexity, and the tension between ambition and balance.
