I'm an entrepreneurial operator who enters ambiguous, high-stakes situations and creates progress fast, whatever the context. I think like a strategist, move like a founder, and execute like an owner.
My roles alternate between Chief of Staff, and Operations Associate, sometimes as an external short term & part-time consultant, sometimes as a full-time and long term member of a team, often as a freelancer but always open to joining inspiring adventures as an employee.
Founders and executives call me when something is important, messy, and urgent. I'm known for being sharp, deeply reliable, and relentlessly hands-on.
With an engineering & IT background, I work across Growth, Product, and Business Operations, with mandates spanning leading European startups, VC funds, Venture Studios, and mid-sized businesses.

For the record, the UX I designed was later borrowed wholesale by a competitor sitting at $250M ARR and a $3B valuation.
